Job Description:
1. Assist general office administration affairs
(Including fixed assets inventory, hotel and ticket booking, meeting arrangements, team building and outing activities coordination)
2. Assist general and travel expense claim.( Including invoice filing, pasting, and documentation )
3. Purchase office facilities.
4. Support the team assistant to complete other business activities efficiently.
Job Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills in both written and oral English.
2. Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
3. Good computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
4. Flexible working time, can work over 4 complete working days per week, Saturday & Sunday NOT included.
5. Internship of six months (Sep.10th,2014——Mar.9th,2015)is a must.
6. Third year undergraduate students and first year postgraduates are preferrable.
Notes:
1. Make sure you can meet job requirements 4 & 5.
2. Make sure you are at-school student.
3. Make sure you will stay in Guangzhou and can work during summer/winter vacation.
4. Working hours: 8:30am~17:30pm from Mon. to Fri.
