What you’ll be doing:
改善搜索引擎关键词及检索关联性以提高数据质量与精确度
大数据资料挖掘以及分析，并且善于从各类海量资料库中快速获得高价值信息
持续改善搜索语法及搜索架构并挖掘更多资料平台
共同研究搜索优化策略及有效管理大数据资料库
What we need to see:
1.了解百度 (Baidu),雅虎(Yahoo),谷歌(Google),微软(Bing),等搜索引擎的搜索规则 (如何进行搜索,如何获取关键词,搜索结果排序),有此相关经验者将优先考虑录取
2.了解bash/python 脚本语言以及Hadoop 大数据处理经验优先
3 对搜索引擎以及数据挖掘, 分析具有高度敏感性与热情者尤佳
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
1.搜索引擎运用相关经验将优先考虑（如Google X-Ray资料信息检索、排序）
2.对搜索引擎以及数据挖掘, 分析具有高度敏感性与热情者尤佳
3 有理工科（计算机，软件，数学，统计）等相关学历背景者优先考虑，刚毕业的宝宝们也可考虑哦~
4 对人力资源领域 -大数据应用/创新有热情及兴趣者将优先考虑

HR Technical Staffing Sourer
We are looking for Technical Sourcer to support NVIDIA's on-going talent needs by managing all aspects of candidate generation.

Job Description:
• Familiar with Internet Search, Boolean search, Data mining and Data Analysis, SOE will be highly preferred
• Call, Screen and Sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering the careers NVIDIA has to offer the industry’s top talent
• Work with the Staffing team on various projects
• Provide overall support to the Staffing team and HR leadership.
Qualifications:
• 2+ related work experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting/sourcing (IT/Hi-Tech industry is highly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, including prioritizing and meeting deadlines
• Expert ability to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature
• Solution oriented self-starter with a strong service orientation
