3.Intern- HR Specialist ( Contractor)-Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations/transactional services and ensure the service is delivered with high quality and efficiency, including employment cycle (on boarding process, new hire orientation, transfer, exit procedures)
• Deliver benefits to employees, including commercial insurance, medical checkup, gear store etc.
• Act as contact person for employees on a wide range of questions related to HR policies, procedures and benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information database and respond to relevant informational requests
• Organize site events, such as outing, family day and annual party etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree
• Experience in HR Operations is a plus
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
5.Intern- Finance(财务) – Shanghai(19届,留用)

What you'll be doing:
1. Help to review Expense reports / Payment request
2. Communicate with colleagues for expense reimbursement correction
3. Print/collect supporting doc for travel staffs’ trips
4. Reimbursement Trips filing
5. Document Scan and Copy
6. Voucher and account book filing
7. Other Finance-related tasks
What we need to see:
1. Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting/Financial management profession background)
2. Good command of English and Chinese, both oral and written
3. Good communication skills, detail-oriented, flexible, team player and quick-learner
4. Good computer skills
5. Can work 3 days a week for more than one year
