3、薪酬按工作量计算，英文每千字RMB：300-500不等，不用坐班，兼职时间灵活。
4、懂得使用软件更佳。例如：stata、SPSS、R、sas、JAVA、C+、excel VBA
5、不按照要求，达不到要求，随意糊弄的经审核发现后一律不支付任何稿酬，按照能力取酬
6、不按时交稿、拖延，两次警告过后，公司有权临时撤换人选并不支付报酬
7、按时交稿，完成任务出色者我们有能力提供较为稳定的订单（双方达成合作意向后我们可以提供稿子让大家根据自己的专业和兴趣自由选择）接了单子不愿意保持正常沟通联系的忽扰！
